confirmed that Winston's background check is complete and that he has now
entered the employee processing phase.
I do not as
yet know his position or salary.
I do know this
much ... Lance Winston has been the most prolific Callaway, Levy and now Evans
supporter known to exist on Planet Earth.
Another thing,
Winston has been highly critical of certain Atlantic City hiring practices over
the years. Will Winston complain about his own hiring?
Sadly, Evans
continues by the day to remove any and all doubt that he is anything except a
direct continuation of the Callaway, Levy years.
This positions
former Mayor Lorenzo Langford to be the clear choice for
Mayor.
The first step
will be this June's Primary. The winner of the Democratic Primary will almost
certainly be the next Mayor of Atlantic City for 2009.
