Yesterday a company that (Jim) McGettigan uses for Extradition's http://www.courtservices.org/ was not allowed by Federal Authorities to take custody of Callaway because they sent one unarmed civilian for the extradition. McGettigan is now scrambling to get Deputies down to West Virginia. Before word of the delay gets out."
