WELL PLACED SOURCES TELL
HARRYHURLEY.COM
THAT CRAIG CALLAWAY WILL
PLEAD GUILTY TO 3RD DEGREE INVASION OF PRIVACY
Regarding the illegal
video taping of Atlantic City Councilman Gene Robinson.
Our sources say that
Callaway will receive 3 years state jail time, which is agreed to run concurrent
to his present federal prison sentence.
This is a spectacular deal
for Callaway!
A trusted legal adviser
tells us that this means that Callaway will basically serve little or no jail
time for this crime.
It gives the appearance of
being a "free crime."
Atlantic County Prosecutor
Ted Housel has made a real mess of this case. It was in much better hands with
former Prosecutor Jeff Blitz.
Still remaining, how will
Housel extricate himself from the mess he's created by his unsteady handling of
Councilman John Schultz in this same case ... as well as other involved
parties.
Developing.
