Atlantic City Mayor Scot Evans hasn't been in office but for a few short hours
and already Domenic Cappella is causing trouble for him.
pledge that Mayor Evans made was to cooperate with City Council, in hopes of
forging a positive and productive working relationship.
Cappella obviously has other plans in mind.
HarryHurley.com has learned and confirmed that Cappella
locked out City Council Members from City Hall, immediately
after William Marsh left the office of Mayor.
Cappella ordered Police Chief John Mooney to take custody of
Tibbitt's assigned automobile. Tibbitt had been driving the automobile formally
assigned to disgraced former Mayor (in name only) Bob
even had a chance to begin his one year in office and Cappella is already
demonstrates how wise City Council acted in denying Cappella the opportunity to
become the appointed Mayor.
