OPEN LETTER
TO ATLANTIC CITY
MAYOR SCOTT EVANS

Watch out for Domenic Cappella!

Newly appointed Atlantic City Mayor Scot Evans hasn't been in office but for a few short hours and already Domenic Cappella is causing trouble for him.

The first pledge that Mayor Evans made was to cooperate with City Council, in hopes of forging a positive and productive working relationship.

However, Cappella obviously has other plans in mind.

HarryHurley.com has learned and confirmed that Cappella locked out City Council Members from City Hall, immediately  after William Marsh left the office of Mayor.

Additionally, Cappella ordered Police Chief John Mooney to take custody of Councilman  George Tibbitt's assigned automobile. Tibbitt had been driving the automobile formally assigned to disgraced former Mayor (in name only) Bob Levy.

Evans hasn't even had a chance to begin his one year in office and Cappella is already starting trouble.

It really demonstrates how wise City Council acted in denying Cappella the opportunity to become the appointed Mayor.
