Another
coincidence has occurred .... I interviewed Dennis Levinson on-air yesterday and
directly answered his questions to me ... Levinson asked me, "Based on the
information I have in my possession, did the City of Atlantic City get a good
deal with this $ 34 million dollar settlement?"
I
answered: NO! And further stated that I would be revealing the proof later this
week.
What do
you, a banner Page A-1 headline a day later says that Atlantic City didn't get a
deal based upon evidence.
Why did
The Atlantic City Press criticize Levinson and Senator McCullough in
earlier published reports because the two wanted this deal to be
investigated?
Someone
asked me earlier today if I am sick of having my work ripped off ... My
response was ... No, not any more. Because the local media use to take my
hard-earned work and then spin it the opposite way ... At least now, they copy
my work and use it as intended.
This is
actually a vast
improvement!
WELL PLACED SOURCE
ADVISES ME THAT "SOMEONE" LEAKED
INFO TO THE
ATLANTIC CITY
PRESS
LOOKS LIKE IN
KEEPING
MY WORD ... I WILL
BE
SCOOPED ON MY OWN
STORY!
I have been
investigating the $ 34-million Trump/Atlantic City tax settlement like no other
member of the local media.
I have been sitting
on a treasure trove of behind the scenes news and other details about this
important story.
However, because
people's careers could potentially be on the line if I divulged information
... and, exactly who the information came from.
In order to protect
my many sources on this issue ... I have moved responsibly and
slowly.
However, it has
been brought to my attention that someone who knew very well that I would
be breaking major news about this story later this week ... Has decided to leak
information and documents to The Atlantic City Press.
Let's see what they
do with this information, because they have a great deal of reliable information
at this moment.
The reason that I
have developed such trusted sources over the past 17 years is that I have never
and will never burn a source.
I wanted to tell
all ... But, I had to wait for a green light ... which was to be mine, set for
later this week.
I am very
disappointed in the person who decided to betray me in this
matter.
I have decided for
now NOT to reveal the identity of this person ... But, so that innocent
person(s) don't receive any suspicion here ... The person who did this is NOT at
the local Atlantic City level. The person who gave this information to The
Atlantic City Press is NOT Atlantic City Councilman George Tibbitt.
I will still
proceed at the same pace as before this unexpected incident arose.
This
not the first time and it won't be the last that by doing the right thing ... I
am scooped in the process.
I will be
interviewing Atlantic City Councilman on-air tomorrow A"Hurley
in the Morning" (Tuesday) at 8:30 a.m. on The Truth in
Broadcasting on WIBG 1020
Radio.
