SUMMER ‘BATTLE OF THE BANDS’ SERIES KICKS
OFF MAY 2 AT 10 WEST BAR & LOUNGE

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (April 15) – Three area bands will square off against each other every Wednesday beginning May 2 when the 10 West Bar & Lounge launches its summer “Battle of the Bands” series. Up for grabs is a prize package that includes $500 cash, a $500 studio recording package and a record deal with Championship Records, organizers of the event announced today.

The band "Exact Change," the winners of the winter battle, kicks off the festivities when they perform as part of an awards ceremony at 10 West on May 2. Doors open at 8 p.m., and advance admission is $5 for guests 21 and over and $8 for guests between 18 and 20. Tickets will be available at the door for $8 for 21 and over and $10 for 18 to 20. The Battle of the Bands is sponsored by radio station The Ace 102.7, Joey D’s Track Shack, Championship Records, 10 West Bar & Lounge and Taylor Entertainment.
