County Executive Dennis Levinson will unveil several new county initiatives during a 12 noon kickoff for Atlantic County Government Day on Wednesday, April 25 as part of the national week long celebration of National County Government Week, April 22-28.

County Government day will be held from 12 noon to 7 PM at the Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing where more than 25 county offices will have displays and exhibits to provide information and education about county programs and services.

National County Government Week is sponsored by the National Association of Counties to raise public awareness about the roles and responsibilities of county government. The theme of this year’s celebration is "Protecting the Environment."
