WHELAN THROWS OUT FIRST PITCH AT SURF SEASON OPENER

          Yesterday, to commemorate with their 10th Anniversary Season, Jim threw out the

first pitch at the Atlantic City Surf’s season opener at Bernie Robbins Stadium. 

            “As mayor, I was happy that I could help bring a baseball team to Atlantic City,” said Jim.

“Over the years, the Atlantic City Surf has brought enjoyment to thousands of local residents, and

I am sure that will continue this year.”

            The Atlantic City Surf got their season off to a good start by beating the Grays 5-4.

WHELAN BRINGS MVC MOBILE RV BACK TO HAMILTON TOWNSHIP

          Jim is once again teaming up with the Motor Vehicle Commission to bring the Mobile RV

back to the Fairways in Hamilton Township on Next Friday, June 1st from 10am to 2pm. 

           

                   The Mobile MVC RV allows you to

            renew your license without travelling to the office!

            The Mobile MVC RV You Must Have Your 6 Points

WHELAN GIVES NEW RUTGERS FACILTY TOUR OF ATLANTIC CITY

          On Wednesday, Jim gave some of Rutger’s newest professors a tour of the Atlantic City area

on a bus tour that Rutgers organizes as part of a week-long introduction to New Jersey for new faculty.

            “I was happy to join them on this leg of their tour,” Jim said.  Atlantic City plays a major role

in the state’s economy, and it is important that those new to New Jersey see first hand how important it is.”
