You Can Not Run  City Hall With A Rubber Stamp Any More!

Did you know that Bob Levy has not been seen at Atlantic City Hall in three weeks?
 
Am I the only one who has been asking the question:  Where is Bob Levy?
 
I have been checking with my trusted sources for weeks now, with regard to Levy being AWOL again, (Absent Without Leave in Military jargon).
 
City Hall in Atlantic City has been operating by way of a rubber stamp with the name of Bob Levy upon it for nearly a year and half now, by incompetent, unelected people who have no business serving in positions of public trust, any more than Bob Levy does.
 
It's time for the State of New Jersey to do its job. It's time for the responsible divisions within the state to fully investigate the many complaints, (some filed by me), with regard to Bob Levy's documented absentee role as the Phantom Mayor of Atlantic City.
 
I repeat...Bob Levy has not showed up for work for three weeks!
 
Bob Levy is not the real Mayor of Atlantic City, and never has been.
 
Bob Levy is a political fraud, just as big a fraud as he was, when he posed as  a Phony Member of the United States Army Special Forces Green Beret during the past 4 decades.
 
Bob Levy is so absent, and Atlantic City's administrative branch is so devoid of leadership, that Tom Carver of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is making blanket statements about what needs to happen with future development at Bader Field.
 
Isn't it the business of the people of Atlantic City to decide what development does or does not occur at the Bader Field Site?
 
And with Bader Field in mind, I would remind everyone that Bob Levy stated on TV 40 news, before he was even in office 18 months ago, that he had already "made deals with developers and casinos for Bader Field".
 
TV-40 now denies the existence of this video of Levy making this bold statement that I, and many others have also seen.
 
This must have all been occurring for Levy at the same time that Levy intentionally and falsely claimed that he was working with members of the ACPD Detective Bureau and the FBI in the Craig Callaway corruption case.
 
This was another outrageous Levy Lie, as evidenced by members of the ACPD declaring that they had no involvement in the case with Callaway at all, or with Levy.
 
I am here to say, that there are laws against a phantom posing as an office holder, who allows others to rubber stamp his signature on orders, memos and other governmental instruments in order to create a false impression that someone else is in charge.
 
Remember the last time Bob Levy disappeared? It was back in December of 2006, right after Levy had reportedly made threats to kill my brother Harry and me?
 
Thank God we have a real Prosecutor coming soon!
 
Bob Levy disappeared for weeks last December, and Dominic Capella did not ever inform the people of Atlantic City or even members of City Council that Levy was gone, until my brother Harry caught them at their deception.
 
When busted by Harry Hurley, they said that Levy was absent for some unknown reason, that they all refused to disclose because they said Levy has HIPPA Rights, (Privacy for Medical reasons was the suggestion by Capella).
 
I ask... do the people of Atlantic City have the right to know if their supposed Mayor is fit for duty, or not?
 
Has Levy finally beat feet? Is Levy perhaps visiting West Virginia? Or is Levy somewhere that this troika of Dom Cappella, Rosemary Adams and their Political Consigliary Kim Baldwin, do not want the public to know?
 
Well, Bob Levy has not been seen at City Hall in Atlantic City for at least the past three weeks that I know of.
 
By the way, I don't know many people who have ever seen Bob Levy at City Hall for the past 18 months either, to be completely accurate.
 
I say that it's time for another investigation.
 
Bob Levy...I am stating publicly that I will not permit you to run Atlantic City Government by Rubber Stamp any more, as you continue to hide behind women's skirts.
 
This is just one more reason that Levy's flunky City Clerk, Rosemary Adams, is intentionally obstructing the citizens Recall Petition to remove their puppet Levy from office.
 
They all know that the people are lined up to extract Levy from a seat he never should have held in the first place. They all know the Levy/Callaway era, is about to become a very distant and bad memory.
 
Levy I would urge you get ready to be politically stamped out.
 
And while you're at it, Bob Levy, prepare yourself for another complaint for your abuse of the public trust, that I promise you in advance is coming your way. It won't be rubber stamped, either. It will be live signed. 
 
Bob Levy...You are a disgrace!
