GENE SOLE NAMED TREASURER
BOB NOLAN NAMED TO SERVE AS 2ND VICE PRESIDENT
OF THE CAPE MAY COUNTY REGULAR REPUBLICAN ORGANIZATION
Unanimous Vote for both taken at May 2007 Meeting
West Cape May -- June 11th, 2007 -- On May 30th, 2007, The Cape May County Regular Republican Organization met and unanimously voted to name Lower Township residents Gene Sole as its treasurer and Bob Nolan as 2nd vice president effective immediately.
“Gene Sole is a man of integrity who is committed to helping elect Republicans at all levels of government. Gene is an excellent addition to our Republican team and I look forward to working with him and the many hard working, dedicated members of the Republican Executive Committee,” said David I. Von Savage, chairman of the county Republican organization.
Von Savage additionally commented, “Bob Nolan has demonstrated his ability to work hard and effectively in Lower Township to elect Republicans. Bob is more determined now than ever before to support Republican candidates because he understands our community is at a crossroads. We must continue with sound financial leadership from our municipalities to federal government.”
Gene Sole, who is married and has two sons, recently returned from Iraq where he served as a Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S Marine Corps. He is principal at Teitelmen Elementary School. Gene is also the Scout Master for the West Cape May Volunteer Fire Company Boy Scouts of America Troop 73.
Bob Nolan is the Deputy Mayor of the Township of Lower and serves as the Law Enforcement Division Commander within the Cape May County Sheriff’s Department. Bob is a life member of the Town Bank Fire Company. He is also an active member of the Cape Island Masonic Lodge and married with three children.
