Hurley Files Criminal Complaint Against Dominic Cappella

Don Hurley has filed a criminal complaint for Harassment against Atlantic City Business Administrator, Dominic Cappella following Wednesday's Council Meeting in Atlantic City.

Hurley reported  the tirade of threats made against him by Cappella to the Atlantic  City Police Department, where a Complaint-Summons was issued to the City Business Administrator Cappela for a date to appear in court.

"Dominic Capella utilized his position of public office to attack and injure me, solely because I exercised my rights as  a free citizen of America to protest bad public policy", said Don Hurley.

"Dominic Cappella is going to learn from our system of justice that, just like his friend Craig Callaway, he is not above the law", concluded Hurley.
