1. Provide for tax relief and tax
control
2. Implement efficient City
management based on "Best Practices."
3. Implement an accurate State and
Federal approved fiscal accounting system.
4. Assure Taxpayers will have a
voice in new projects through referendum. It's your hard-earned money, you
deserve a say.
5. Eliminate all "Pay to Play"
practices in Ventnor.
6. Assure that all Taxpayers have
an effective process to voice concerns and needs.
7. Implement a Citywide Master Plan
for beautification and maintenance.
8. Include citizens on Reform
Projects to assure efficient implementation.
9. Provide for continued
representative government through responsible term limits.
